Join us for a 6 course menu hosted by our Executive Chef Matt Pace, as he takes you through a dining journey full of bold flavors, personal stories, and the deep history of Cajun & Creole cuisine
Due to the nature of our cuisine and the intended dining experience of the restaurant, we’re not able to accommodate for specific dietary preferences. Therefore, we kindly suggest that if any guests in your party have a preference for strictly vegetarian (outside of vegetarian week) or vegan options, lactose intolerance, gluten intolerance or shellfish allergies, that they should choose not to dine with us. For ingredient specific allergies please contact us and we’ll be happy to assist you and accommodate as best as we can.
Please also note that we can not guarantee that your food will be prepared in a nut, dairy, gluten, or allergen-free environment, given the complexity of our kitchen and menu. There are also no precautions we can take to ensure that every food item has been handled in an allergen-free environment by our purveyors during the packing and distribution process. For this reason, we are not able to accommodate guests where the possibility of cross-contamination is an issue.
